SHIPPING POLICY
At FromPoland.eu, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable delivery process for our kitchen furniture across Europe. Please read our shipping terms carefully.
1. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all kitchen furniture orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price, including delivery to your specified address. There are no hidden shipping costs at checkout.
2. Delivery Lead Times
We work hard to ensure your kitchen reaches you as quickly as possible. Our estimated lead times are:

Standard Kitchen Collections: Up to 4 weeks.

Custom / Made-to-Order Kitchens: Up to 9 weeks.

Please note: Lead times start from the date of order confirmation and payment.
3. Delivery Terms (Curbside Delivery)
To maintain high efficiency and keep our prices competitive, all deliveries are made on a Curbside Delivery basis:

No Indoor Delivery: Our drivers will deliver the furniture to the closest accessible point for the vehicle at your specified address (curbside).

Unloading & Carrying: The customer is solely responsible for unloading the furniture from the vehicle and carrying it into the building or apartment.

Preparation: Given the weight and size of kitchen cabinets, we strongly recommend having at least two people available to assist with the unloading and moving of the items upon arrival.
4. Shipment Tracking & Scheduling
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification. Our logistics partner will contact you via email or phone to provide a delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the address to receive and sign for the goods.
5. Inspection upon Receipt
Please inspect the packaging and the items upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the boxes, please note it on the delivery document (Waybill) before signing and contact our customer service at office@frompoland.eu.
